  • 2 quart Cranberries
  • 3 quart Water
  • 6 x Quinces Sugar

Инструкции

  1. Wash quinces. Remove stems and blossom ends. Chop with coarse knife of food chopper. Combine with stemmed cranberries that have been washed. Add in water. Cook till fruit is soft. Pour into jelly bag and drain overnight.
  2. Empty juice into large saucepan. Boil hard 20 min. Measure and add in an equal amount of warm sugar. Boil rapidly till jelly sheets from spoon.
