Cranberry Pecan Pie

This is a Thanksgiving-ish recipe I got from a high school classmate this past fall...

Ингредиенты

  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 cups of cranberries
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • Topping:
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup of butter, softened

Инструкции

  1. Pour the cranberries and pecans into the pie shell. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top of the berries and pecans. Beat topping well and spread over the cranberry mixture. Bake @ 325 for 45 mins.
