- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 T grated orange rind
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. oat flakes (cereal)
- 1 c. minced cranberries
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Инструкции
- Mix flour with baking pwdr and salt. Beat large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar, orange rind, orange juice and oil. Add in to flour mix and mix just sufficient to moisten flour. Stir in cereal, cranberries and nuts. Pour into well greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degree for 60 min or possibly till tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.
