  • 2 can (9.7-ounce) frzn cranberry juice concentrate
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Orange, zest of
  • 1 x Lemon, zest of
  • 3 stk cinnomon (2inch)
  • 20 whl cloves
  • 1 tsp Whole allspice
  • 2 1/4 c. Water

Инструкции

  1. In large saucepan, over high heat, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to dissolve sugar. Reduce heat and simmer 20 min. Strain into clean bottles and seal tightly. Can be refrigerated for up to 6 weeks.
  2. Makes 5 c..
  3. To serve: Mix 2 tbsp mulled syrup with 3/4 c. heated apple juice or possibly cider, dry red or possibly white wine.
  4. Yield: 5 C.
