Cranberry Glazed Appetizer Meatballs

Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
  • 1/2 c. Plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 x ( 12 ounce.) bottle ( 1 1/2 c.) chili sauce
  • 1 x ( 8 ounce.) can (about 1 c.) jellied cranberry sauce

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 375F. In large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients; blend well. Shape into 1 inch balls; place in ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
  2. Bake at 37F for 25 to 30 min or possibly till meatballs are browned and no longer pink in center.
  3. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, combine sauce ingredients; blend well.
  4. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add in meatballs to sauce; stir to coat. Cook over medium heat about 5 min or possibly till thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
  6. Yield: 60meatballs.
