  • 1 lb Minced cranberries
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Minced walnuts or possibly pecans
  • 8 1/2 ounce Can crushed pineapple
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. Whipped cream

Инструкции

  1. Drain pineapple. Blend all ingredients except whipped cream together. Mix in whipped cream. Chill, or possibly freeze if desired.
  2. I use a 16 ounce carton of nondairy whipped topping instead of 1 c. of whipped cream.
