  • 8 x Ready made pancakes
  • 2 ounce Butter Half an orange, Juice of Half an orange, Rind of Half a lemon, Juice of Half a lemon, Rind of
  • 1 Tbsp. Golden brown Shred Marmalade

Инструкции

  1. Butter and fold the crepes and cook in a frying pan with a little extra butter on a low heat. Add in the orange, lemon and marmalade - mix together and cook gently to let the mix heat and the flavours mingle. Allow the pancakes to cook through for 3 min.
  2. Optional Flambe with brandy or possibly cointreau.
