Рецепт Crab - Stuffed Mushrooms

6 ounce (1 pkg.) frzn crab meat or possibly 1 can liquid removed & flaked 1/2 c. celery 1/2 c. raw rice 2 T minced chives

1/4 c. tartar sauce 1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup, undiluted 12 lg. mushrooms, trimmed 1 c. (4 ounce) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Инструкции

1. In a bowl mix crab meat, celery, cooked rice, chives, tartar sauce and soup. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop. Stir minced mushrooms into crab mix. Place mushroom caps around outer edge of 10 inch pie plate. Spoon crab mix evenly into pie plate. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min or possibly till bubbly.
