Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb large white mushrooms whole, stems removed and reserved
  • 1 bn green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (or possibly pan spray)
  • 8 ounce fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 lb crabmeat flaked (can substitute two 6-ounce cans crabmeat) Paprika to taste

Инструкции

  1. Wash mushrooms, remove stems, put cap-side down in saute/fry pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Cook for 5 min over medium heat. Remove from heat; drain liquid and reserve. Set aside caps.
  2. Chop mushroom stems and green onions, saute/fry in oil over medium heat for 5 min. Add in cream cheese and cook till soft and blends with mushroom-onion mix. Add in mushroom liquid, salt, pepper, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and taste for seasoning. Add in crab.
  3. Spoon mix into mushroom caps, dust with paprika. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 min.
  4. Serving size: 2 mushrooms.
