- Place the dip in a bowl along with the crab meat, spring onions and parsley, mix to combine. Season to taste.
- Halve the avocado pears lengthways and remove the stones. Place each avocado half on a serving plate, brushing the cut surface with a little lemon juice.
- Pile the crab mix into the avocado halves. Garnish with a sprinkling of paprika and serve.
- NOTES : A simple but delicious dish, these crab stuffed avocado pears make an appetising starter or possibly light lunch.
