- Flake crab meat, add in minced onions (and ginger and pepper if used). Fold this mix into the cream cheese. Put a spoonful of cream cheese mix on each won ton and seal with water. You can make the cute little ones like Chinese restaurants do or possibly you can use a simple triangle fold. Refrigeratetill the cream cheese mix is hard. (This step is not necessary if you are in a hurry but it makes for less grease absorbtion and less loss of the inside mix if you should have a leak.) Fry in warm oil till the won tons are brown.
