1 pkg. wonton skins (check pkg. date) 1 pound crab meat

16 ounce cream cheese Minced scallions (according to taste)

Инструкции

1. Put together all ingredients with mixer. Put 1 tsp of mix on wonton skin. Fold into triangle point to point gluing sides with egg yolk.Fry till light brown in oil. Can be prepared and reheated later. Can be prepared at earlier date and frzn uncooked on sheets of waxed paper and cooked at a later date.
