  • 1/2 lb fresh crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper
  • 1/4 lb daikon - (2" to 2 1/2" dia) Blanched chives or possibly green onion tops for tying

Инструкции

  1. Combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, chopped chives, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. With a mandoline or possibly slicer, cut the daikon into thin circles. Place 1 tsp. of the crab mix onto each daikon circle. Mix in half. Loop one chive or possibly green onion top around the folded daikon and tie into a knot.
  3. This recipe yields 15 pcs.
  4. Yield: 15 pcs
