Ингредиенты

  • 4 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. Minced onions
  • 2 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 ct (8-ounce) lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can (6-ounce) sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Monosodium glutamate, optional
  • 1 lb Fresh or possibly canned crab meat
  • 2 Tbsp. Madiera wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley or possibly chives
  • 2 pkt (10-ounce) frzn minced spinach

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry onion in melted butter in large skillet. Add in soup, lowfat sour cream, mushrooms, cheese, mustard & MSG. Cook till smooth & thoroughly blended.
  2. Stir into this mix the crab meat, Madiera & chives or possibly parsley. Cook spinach according to package directions, or possibly place in saucepan with 2 c. water & boil for 10 min. Drain. In a casserole, place half the liquid removed cooked spinach, then layer half the crab meat mix, then another layer of spinach and the top layer is the remaining crab mix. Heat in 350 oven for 30 min.
  3. Yields 8 servings. Freezes well.
