Ингредиенты

  • 1 doz Hard-boiled Large eggs shelled, halved
  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lb Lump crab meat picked over for cartilage
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped capers
  • 2 Tbsp. Caper juice Salt to taste Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste
  • 2 ounce Caviar

Инструкции

  1. Remove the yolks from the whites and place in a mixing bowl. Using a back of a fork, break the yolks into small pcs. Add in the mayonnaise, crab meat, garlic, capers and caper juice. Mix well. Season the mix with salt and pepper. Spoon the mix into the white halves. Refrigeratethe Large eggs completely and garnish with caviar.
  2. This recipe yields 2 dozen deviled egg halves.
