Ингредиенты

  • 8 ounce Pkg cream cheese
  • 2 tsp Grated onion
  • 1 tsp Horseradish
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 6 ounce Pkg shredded crabmeat
  • 1 c. Softened Butter
  • 8 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 2 c. Flour

Инструкции

  1. Note: Lobster and shrimp may be substituted for the crab. Mix first four ingredients. Mix in the crabmeat. Fill pastry shells, refrigerateand serve.
  2. Pastry Shells:Cream butter and cream cheese. Fold in flour and form into small balls.
  3. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigeratefor several hrs. When ready to use, let soften and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Press into pastry c. and bake at 350 for 12 - 15 minutes. Fill and serve.
