4 ounce cream cheese
1/8 c. Miracle Whip
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
1 teaspoon dry onion flakes

Mix together and spread on a large platter. Pour 1/4 cup seafood sauce over top of cheese mix and spread evenly.Sprinkle 1 cup crab meat over top of seafood sauce.
