Рецепт "COW PATTIE" COOKIES

If you like chocolate and peanut butter together, you’ll love these great no-bake cookies! These make great gifts, too.
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (I use the crunchy)
- 2 Tbsps. cocoa
- 1/2 cup carnation evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups quick cooking oats, uncooked
Mix sugar, milk, and butter in saucepan. Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Fold in cocoa and rolled oats. Drop from tablespoon onto waxed paper and let cool. No baking necessary.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
Children love these. I have a sweet tooth and a couple does me for the day for something sweet.
