1/4 tsp Salt

1 Tbsp. Basil leaves

Using vegetable peeler, cut courgette lengthwise into thin strips. Or possibly shred courgette in food processor. Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add in courgette, salt and basil; saute/fry till tender.
