- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat chicken, onions, celery, mixed vegetables and chicken broth to boiling in 5-qt Dutch oven. Stir cornstarch into cool water till dissolved; stir into chicken mix. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in parsley. Pour into ungreased rectangular pan, 13 by 9 by 2 inches.
- Stir Bisquick and lowfat milk till soft dough forms. Drop by 30 teaspoonfuls onto chicken mix.
- Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till biscuits are golden.
