Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt Jimmy Dean sausage, any flavor
  • 1 x 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 1/2 c. Grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. Minced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. Minced red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced onion
  • 4 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. Light cream

Инструкции

  1. Cook sausage till done. Crumble, then drain. Prepare 9-inch pie shell. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in shell. Lightly beat Large eggs in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add in to egg mix. Pour in shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 min. Cold on rack 10 min.
