- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. margarine softened
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 lrg egg
- 1 c. cottage cheese, lowfat
- 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
Инструкции
- 1. In med. bowl, combine flour through salt.
- 2. In large bowl, cream together margarine and sugar. Beat in egg. Add in cottage cheese and lowfat milk till smooth. Add in dry ingredients and stir just till moistened.
- 3. Fill sprayed muffin tins 3/4 full, and bake at 375F for 20 mins.
