1 c. Sieved cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. Chopped chives

2 Tbsp. Grated onion
2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley Salt and white pepper

Mil together all of the above ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Store in refrigerater, as this mix does not keep very well.
Makes 1-1/2 C
