  • 1 c. Cottage cheese, sieved
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Thin cream
  • 2 c. Sifted bread flour
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Salt A healthy pinch of grnd thyme
  • 4 tsp Baking pwdr

Инструкции

  1. Cream together cottage cheese, butter, egg and cream.
  2. Combine flour with salt, thyme and baking pwdr.
  3. Make a hole in the flour mix and dampin the cottage cheese mix.
  4. Gradually blend starting from the center and bringing down flour mix from edge, making a soft dough.
  5. Turn out on lightly floured board, knead 30 sec. then roll into 1/2" thickness.
  6. Cut with floured biscuit cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 450 degrees 10-12 minutes.
