- Cream together cottage cheese, butter, egg and cream.
- Combine flour with salt, thyme and baking pwdr.
- Make a hole in the flour mix and dampin the cottage cheese mix.
- Gradually blend starting from the center and bringing down flour mix from edge, making a soft dough.
- Turn out on lightly floured board, knead 30 sec. then roll into 1/2" thickness.
- Cut with floured biscuit cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 450 degrees 10-12 minutes.
