Corned Beef Croquette

Ингредиенты

1 lg. can corned beef (should make 7 patties)
1 egg

2 cans stewed tomatoes

Инструкции

Mix corned beef with egg, mix is sticky, with a fork get sufficient mix to make a medium sized patty. Pat it in flour then make the patties. Fry the patties in small amount of oil on both sides till brown. Pour tomatoes over the patties, put pats of butter on top of tomatoes and let it simmer till you are ready to serve your meal.
