4 med Ears of corn
2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine

2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp Pepper (optional)

Using a cleaver or possibly large knove, cut corn into 1-in lengths. In a large pot, bring water to boil over high heat. Add in corn wheels; cover and boil 2 min. Heat butter, mix with lime juice. Transfer corn to serving platter and drizzle with lime-butter. Sprinkle with pepper, if you like.
