Corn On The Cob With Garlic Basil Butter

Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. basil leaves
  • 3 x garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 pch sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter - (1 stick) softened
  • 8 x ears corn

Инструкции

  1. Place basil and garlic in a food processor. Pulse till finely minced. Add in lemon juice, sugar, and salt and process till thoroughly incorporated. Add in butter and blend till smooth. Place butter mix in a small serving bowl or possibly ramekin.
  2. Add in corn to large pot of boiling salted water and cook till just tender, about 5 min. Transfer to a platter and serve with garlic-basil butter.
  3. This recipe yields 8 servings.
