  • 6 x Corn ears husked, and cleaned of silk
  • 6 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper or possibly to taste Juice of 2 limes - (abt 2 tbsps)
  • 1 tsp Salt

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Add in the corn and cook just 4 min, no longer.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the butter with the cayenne. Add in the lime juice and salt. Drain the corn, brush generously with the flavored butter and serve immediately.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
