  • fresh corn shucked and silk strands removed
  • water to cover
  • salt
  • pepper
  • melted butter

  1. Clean and rinse the corn, cut or break off stalk.
  2. Place ears in water and bring to a boil.
  3. Boil 2 minutes, rolling the cornaround in the water.
  4. Cover and turn off the heat.
  5. Let sit 10 minutes.
  6. Drain and season as desired.
