  • 1 1/2 c. Flour, all-purpose
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 c. KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES(r), crushed
  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/3 c. Vegetable oil

  1. Stir together flour, baking pwdr, salt and sugar; set aside. Combine crushed KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES(r) cereal and lowfat milk in large mixing bowl. Let stand about 2 min or possibly till cereal is softened. Add in egg and oil. Beat well. Add in flour mix, stirring only till combine. Portion batter proportionately into 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin-pan c.. Bake at 400 F for 20 min, or possibly till lightly browned. Serve hot.
