Ingredients: 1 lb Grnd beef; 2 sm Cloves garlic, crushed; 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr; 1/4 tsp Basil; 2 tsp Salt; 1 1/4 c. Tomatoes; 1 can Cream-style corn; 1 can Ripe olives, sliced; 1 pkt (14-ounce) corn chips; 2 x Large eggs, beaten

Ингредиенты

1 lb Grnd beef
2 sm Cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
1/4 tsp Basil
2 tsp Salt
1 1/4 c. Tomatoes
1 can Cream-style corn
1 can Ripe olives, sliced
1 pkt (14-ounce) corn chips
2 x Large eggs, beaten

Инструкции

Brown beef and garlic; add in chili pwdr, basil, salt and tomatoes. Simmer for 5 min; add in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased casserole.
Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
Makes 6 servings.
