This is a hearty casserole that could also be served in smaller portions as a side dish this holiday season. Or use your left over ham from a holiday meal! If your diet restricts ham substitute chicken or tuna and enjoy in your own way!

- Cook onion and garlic with salt in the margarine over medium-high heat in a large skillet until soft.
- Add the corn and turn the heat to high. Sear and toast the corn until lightly browned. Don’t let burn!
- Meanwhile, over medium heat in a saucepan heat the cream, milk and cream cheese and stir until blended. Keep on low when blended until the corn mixture is ready.
- In a large bowl mix the Swiss and Cheddar cheeses with the ham.
- Add the groups of ingredients from the stove to the ham mixture at the same time and stir well.
- Bake in a greased 9”x12” pan for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
