Ингредиенты

  • 1 (15 ounce) can black or possibly pinto beans, liquid removed & rinsed
  • 1 c. whole kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 1 c. tomatoes, minced
  • 1/2 c. green onions, minced
  • 2 T cilantro, fresh, minced
  • 3 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 T lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 serrano chili peppers, seeded & minced

  1. In large bowl, put together all ingredients; mix well. Cover; chill till serving time.Makes three 3 1/4 cups.
