%20I%20jumped%20at%20the%20chance.%20Not%20only%20is%20is%20my%20favourite%20kind%20of%20yogurt,%20but%20it%20is%20something%20that%20I%20use%20all%20the%20time!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20have%20been%20a%20yogurt%20fan%20ever%20since%20my%20school%20days%20in%20the%201970's.%20Not%20only%20did%20I%20take%20one%20in%20my%20little%20brown%20bag%20for%20lunch%20every%20day,%20but%20I%20think%20I%20must%20surely%20be%20the%20person%20who%20invented%20frozen%20yogurt,%20as%20I%20always%20had%20several%20little%20tubs%20in%20my%20mom's%20freezer,%20just%20waiting%20for%20me%20to%20dig%20in.%20Yes%20.%20.%20.%20I%20was%20way%20ahead%20of%20my%20time!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnyways,%20today%20an%20Ocado%20Delivery%20truck%20drove%20up%20to%20my%20door%20and%20Todd%20said%20.%20.%20.%20%22What%20did%20you%20order%20now?%22%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%22Nothing!%22%20I%20squealed%20with%20delight!%20%22It's%20my%20free%20yogurt%20from%20Julie!%22%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20for%20some%20facts:%20TOTAL%20Greek%20yogurt%20was%20first%20imported%20into%20the%20UK%20in%20the%201980's%20and%20has%20grown%20to%20become%20the%20nation's%20leading%20brand%20of%20Greek%20Yogurt.%20This%20lovely%20yogurt%20is%20made%20with%20cow's%20milk%20and%20a%20live%20active%20yogurt%20culture.%20The%20traditional%20straining%20method%20removes%20the%20whey%20of%20the%20nilk%20and%20any%20excess%20water,%20which%20is%20what%20gives%20TOTAL%20it's%20distinctive%20thick%20texture%20and%20mild%20natural%20flavour.%20It%20actually%20takes%202%20litres%20of%20milk%20to%20make%20just%20one%20500g%20pot!%20Not%20only%20is%20it%20incredibly%20thick%20and%20ric,%20but%20it's%20100%25%20preservative%20and%20additive%20free%20and%20contains%20no%20artificial%20sweeteners,%20thickeners%20or%20added%20sugars.%20From%20where%20I%20am%20standing%20that%20seems%20like%20a%20really%20good%20thing.%20I%20don't%20want%20to%20put%20a%20whole%20lot%20of%20artificial%20junk%20into%20my%20body%20if%20I%20can%20help%20it!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStraining%20the%20yogurt%20during%20it's%20production%20means%20that%20this%20yogurt%20can%20be%20heated%20without%20it%20splitting,%20which%20makes%20it%20incredibly%20versatile.%20(They%20do%20not%20recommend%20however%20that%20you%20heat%20the%200%25%20yogurt.)%20I%20just%20know%20that%20it%20is%20delicious.%20I%20have%20some%20just%20about%20every%20morning,%20spooned%20out%20on%20top%20of%20my%20homemade%20granola%20and%20drizzled%20with%20a%20bit%20of%20honey.%20It's%20truly%20the%20breakfast%20of%20champions!%20I%20also%20love%20it%20spooned%20on%20top%20of%20fruit%20and%20puddings.%20It's%20much%20lower%20in%20fat%20than%20regular%20cream%20or%20creme%20fraiche.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20make%20a%20long%20story%20short,%20I%20have%20a%20fridge%20full%20of%20yogurt%20to%20use%20up%20now%20and%20you%20will%20be%20seeing%20a%20few%20ways%20that%20I%20am%20going%20to%20do%20just%20that%20over%20the%20next%20week%20or%20so.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere%20is%20what%20I%20did%20with%20it%20today.%20A%20delicious,%20tangy%20and%20crunchy%20salad!%20Chock%20full%20of%20good%20things%20like%20beans%20and%20tomatoes,%20chickpeas%20and%20corn,%20with%20a%20tangy%20and%20spicy%20yogurt%20dressing.%20I%20felt%20positively%20self%20righteously%20healthy%20when%20I%20was%20eating%20it!%20(For%20more%20information%20about%20Total%20Green%20Yogurt,%20feel%20free%20to%20visit%20the%20Total%20Page.%20There's%20lots%20of%20goodies%20and%20facts%20there!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Corn%20and%20Bean%20Salad*%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServes%206%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBeautiful%20and%20colourful,%20this%20is%20one%20very%20tasty,%20and%20healthy%20salad!%20Try%20it%20out%20at%20your%20next%20barbeque!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E6%20spring%20onionss,%20thinly%20sliced%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMake%20the%20dressing%20by%20whisking%20together%20the%20lime%20juice,%20yoghurt,%20olive%20oil,%20garlic,%20salt%20and%20cayenne%20pepper.%20Fold%20in%20the%20chopped%20coriander.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20large%20salad%20bowl,%20combine%20the%20beans,%20corn,%20chickpeas,%20red%20pepper,%20courgettes%20and%20spring%20onions.%20Pour%20the%20yoghurt%20lime%20dressing%20over%20top%20and%20toss%20to%20combine.%20Serve%20at%20room%20temperature.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EKnow%20what%20I%20am%20having%20for%20my%20bedtime%20snack%20tonight?%20That's%20right%20a%20nice%20little%20pot%20of%20yoghurt%20with%20some%20honey%20on%20top.%20Yummo!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
