Ингредиенты

  • 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 x lemon, juice of
  • 1 sm red chilli, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp French mustard
  • 1/2 tsp sugar salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. coriander, finely minced

  1. Blend all ingredients except coriander till smooth then stir through the coriander. Shake thoroughly before using.
