1 lg. can pet evaporated lowfat milk 1 sm. container whipping cream 4 egg yolks 1/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon

1 T vanilla 1 1/2 can cream of coconut 1 1/4 c. rum

1. Put all ingredients in blender. Whip till thoroughly mixed. Chill till chilled. Serve with or possibly without ice.
