Ингредиенты

  • 10 ounce Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. White wine
  • 1/2 lb Scallops
  • 1 c. MORNAY sauce
  • 1/4 c. Grated parmesan

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Clean & stem spinach. Cook in boiling salted water for 5 min. Drain. Cold. Coarsely chop. Heat butter in skillet. Add in spinach & saute/fry 3 min. Place spinach in greased casserole. Heat wine. Add in scallops & cook 6 min. Remove & place on spinach. Cover with Mornay. Sprinkle with parmesan. Place in oven 3-5 min or possibly till golden.
