Cool and Creamy Cilantro Dip

This is a great dip that I made to go along with fish tacos. But after we tried it we decided we will be making it again as just a dip for tortilla chips and veggies. And we are going to figure out how to use it on a pizza !

Ингредиенты

  • 1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsps sour cream
  • 1 cup tomatillo salsa (salsa verde)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
  • juice of one lime plus a little zest

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor, and blend till smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill and eat.
