  • 3 pkt (Kraft) Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 tsp Worchestshire
  • 1 1/4 ounce Blue cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Soft butter
  • 1 med Onion diced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. Beer, (heated & cooled)
  • 2 x Loaves Round Bread

  1. Mix ingredients till creamy
  2. Hollow out loaf of bread (Russian Rye is best)
  3. Cut some bread into bite size pcs & surround bread
  4. Fill hollow with dip
