- Put together the flour, baking pwdr, salt, and sugar. Cut in butter till crumbly.Beat egg with vanilla; add in sufficient lowfat milk to make 1/2 cup mix.
- Put together the two mixtures to make a stiff dough. Pat into a greased 9 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch pan with a lightly floured palm. (This recipe can be doubled and baked in 9 inch x 13 inch x 2 inch pan.)
- Slice fruit onto crust in pan. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and butter. Bake about 25 min at 425 degrees F.
