I am so in love with Cookie Butter, I want to incorporate it into everything I make for the rest of my life. Okay, maybe not, but it wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world. I decided to mess around with my Blondies recipe, to turn them into Cookie Butter Blondies! Replacing some of the butter with Chocolate Chip Cookie Butter is how I pulled these off, and I still added more chocolate chips to the mix! If you weren’t a Blondies fan before, you sure will be after giving these a try!
