  • 1 1/2 c. pure Concord grape juice
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp granulated gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cool water Sugar substitute equal to 1/4 c. sugar

Инструкции

  1. Combine grape juice and lemon juice in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil; simmer 3 to 4 min.
  2. Meanwhile, soak gelatin in cool water.
  3. Remove grape juice from heat. Add in gelatin and sweetener; mix well to dissolve. Pour into two small, warm jars, cover lightly, and cold.
  4. Cover tightly and store in refrigerator no longer than two weeks.
  5. This recipe yields 1 1/2 c..
