- Coconut Buttercream Frosting
- 1/3 cup stick butter alternative, room temperature (I use Earth Balance)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (I used Trader Joe's light)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 -3 cups powdered sugar
