2 c. flour 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking pwdr

1 (heaping) T shortening 1 c. buttermilk

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Sift flour, salt and baking pwdr together. Cut in shortening. Add in buttermilk; mix and roll or possibly pat out on lightly floured board to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out biscuits and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 min.
