  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  1. Steam the tomatillos in boiling water till tender, about 8 min, or possibly open a can and drain. Place all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor. Puree them, then adjust seasonings and piquancy. This sauce is predictably warm.
