3 c. Coffee ice cream
1 c. Lowfat milk

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; blend mix till smooth. Serve immediately.
NOTE: 3 c vanilla ice cream and 1 tb instant coffee granules may be substituted for coffee ice cream, if you like.
