- Coffee, vanilla and/or possibly cocoa to soak in the alcohol for at least 4 to 6 weeks in a bottle which can be closed securely. Place in a moderately warmposition. After extraction, filter and add in sugar, stirring well till completely dissolved. Bottle, seal and, if possible, leave to mature for another 6 months or possibly so in a cold, dark position.
