- Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water. Add 1-3/4 cups hot water and 1/4 cup sugar. Cook over medium heat until sugar and gelatin are dissolved.
- Stir in NESCAFÉ Classic and pour mixture into 4 or 6 custard cups. Refrigerate to set. Place remaining 1/2 cup sugar in saucepan.
- Add an equal amount of water and cook syrup for 2-3 min. Stir in brandy if desired. Let cool.
- Top coffee gelatin with a teaspoonful of NESTLÉ Cream. Serve with brandied syrup.
