Coffee Icing
This coffee flavored icing is great on Espresso 'n Cream Scones.
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 3 T cold brewed coffee, (great use for your left over morning coffee)
- 1 T white corn syrup
- 1/8 t pumpkin pie spice
- chopped chocolate covered espresso beans
In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients, except chopped chocolate espresso beans.
Drizzle icing over cooled scones. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate espresso beans.
