Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon each: cloves, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 c. (1 can) pumpkin
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 4 (1 pound) coffee cans, emptied

  1. Mix all dry ingredients; fold in all liquids and blend. Fill greased coffee cans half full. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Makes 4 loaves or possibly cakes.
